Stalls are pre-assigned and will be posted upon arrival.
BBR WORLD FINALS QUALIFIER – Friday counts for this year (2010) points!
STALLS OPEN 7 AM FRIDAY Stalls $55/weekend includes 1 bag shavings. No outside shavings allowed. If you need extra shavings we will be selling them at barn from 9 am – 10 pm Fri after that call Renea’s cell 641-745-5845. Stalls for Sat night only are $35 and you cannot buy them until Sat am when office opens. Stalls will be locked until 7 am Friday unless you call ahead to get your stall unlocked for Thursday early arrival – early arrival fee $15/stall. Early arrivals stalls will be ready by 5 pm Thursday. Arena WILL NOT be open Thursday.
Electric $15/night (pay when we unlock you please and get receipt). First come first served. If you need in an electrical spot Thursday night please call Renea 641-745-5845 so she can unlock it for you prior to your early arrival.
NOTE – WE DO NOT TAKE CHECKS FOR LATE ENTRIES! MUST HAVE CASH!
Late entries CASH ONLY – taken on site. $15/day/rider late fee (max $30/weekend/rider) Late entries run at END of each race (there are spots available at end of early session Friday).

Processing fee - $20/rider/weekend ($15 for one day only)
Saddle – to be given – donated by Double C Saddlery! Bring in the New Year by winning a new saddle!
First person to run time closest to .011 (must be clean run) wins saddle! At end of weekend if nobody has run a time
Ending in .011 saddle will be awarded to person running closest to that time. If two people tie we will take faster time of the two.
If still a tie – we will flip a coin.
Friday
7 am stalls open (stalls will be locked until this time – if you need to come in early due to weather or for other reasons you need to call to make arrangements with
Renea in advance 641-745-5845 there WILL BE a fee for coming in early) NOTE SHAVINGS OFFICE NOT OPEN UNTIL 9 AM FRIDAY – no outside shavings allowed.
Shavings office open 9 am – 10 pm Friday.
9 am office open
10 am - 2pm 30 minute warm up sessions begin in arena (barrels setup limited to 10 horses per half hour session $10 each)
2:30-3:30 pm Exhibitions $4 each (tickets sold in show office)
4 pm Open 4D (early session – limited to 75 runners) $1000 added $35 entry fee (we will take late entries for the 4pm session until 4 pm)
6 pm Open 4D (begins with draw #76)
Late entries close at draw #100 (approximately 6:30 pm)
8 pm begin selling exhibition tickets and 30 minute sessions for SAT am
10 pm (approx) DJ & Party at Lucky J Arena Restaurant NEW YEARS EVE BASH!
Saturday – Cowgirl Tuff Day! Make sure you wear your CT clothing to be eligible for our LUCKY DRAGS!

If you run enter youth 3D and same horse in the open you MUST roll your time from youth 3D to open class
12 noon Open 4D $2000 added $55 entry fee
Sidepots – futurity – derby – senior – add before 12 pm with no additional fee! Must be entered in Sat Open 4D to enter sidepots! No late fee to add a sidepot must be done by 12 noon Sat.
