Processing Fee 1x/rider/weekend $20
Late fee $10/day/rider Open Races (max $30/weekend)
Open entries due (postmarked Jan 20)
Open entries may be made online by credit card until Jan 27 without late fee

Thursday (stalls open after 4 pm for early arrivals – must pay extra to stall Thursday night $15 extra per stall for Thurs night)

Stalls $55 weekend (good Fri – end of show Sun)

RV – pay at event – no reservations taken

On site entries – cash only (no checks unless you have current wpra card) credit card accepted with 5% convenience fee on site

Friday

8 am stalls open
9 am show office open
11 am – 3 pm WARM UP SESSIONS (30 minute riding sessions in arena with barrels) sign up AT SHOW. Limit 10 horses per session $10 each
3-4:15 pm Exhibitions $5 each (ticket style) purchase in show office limited to 80 tickets
5 pm Open 4D $1000 added $35 entry fee (late fee $10 extra per rider day of event)
6 pm Exhibitions & Warm Up Sessions for Sat go on sale in show office  (for Sat)

Saturday

9 :30-11 am WARM UP SESSIONS (30 minute riding sessions in arena with barrels) limit 10 horses per session $10 each
9:30 am show office open
11-12:15 am Exhibitions $5 each (limit 50 tickets sold is show office beginning 6 pm Fri)
1 pm Youth 3D $100 added $25 entry fee
2pm Open 4D $2000 added $55 entry fee (late fee $10 extra per rider day of event)

                SAT DERBY SIDEPOT $250 ADDED (horses 7 & under) must also be entered in Sat Open $50 ef
