Mail in deadline for entries March 3 (postmarked) or enter online by credit card (with 5% fee until March 10)
Co-approved: Bonus Race Finals/BBR/WPRA (open to everyone no extra fees for non members in any race)
Processing Fee 1x/rider/weekend $20 (riding 1 day only $15/rider)
Late Entries - fee $10/day/rider Open Races (max $30/weekend) (late entries cash or credit card only) Credit card entries add 5% convenience fee. WPRA members showing 2012 card to secretary will be allowed to write a check for their entry fees. Late entries run at the end of the pre-entry draw. Late draw closes at horse #100 in each race.
Stalls $55 weekend (good Fri 8 am – end of show Sunday) Stalls reserved in advance will be pre-assigned and include 1 bag of shavings. Shavings office not open until 10 am Friday. Shavings $8/bag (or bring your own) Most stalls are on dirt (we will assign these first) remainder will be on concrete (normally late entries get concrete we usually have enough up until that point fyi)
FUTURITY & DERBY SIDEPOT ENTRIES – make sure you bring a copy of papers – registered horses only! (futurity horses 5 & Under not competed before Dec 1 2011) (derby hoses any horses 7 & under not futurity eligible) Futurity sidepot is 2D full sec split. Derby sidepot is straight open payback (no divisions)
RV – pay at event – no reservations taken
Friday
8 am stalls open (stall assignments will be posted in stall barn)
9:30 am show office open
11 am – 4 pm WARM UP SESSIONS (30 minute riding sessions in arena with barrels) sign up AT SHOW. Limit 10 horses per session $10 each
4-5:15pm Exhibitions $5 each (ticket style) purchase in show office limited to 80 tickets
6 pm Open 4D $1000 added $35 entry fee (late fee $10 extra per rider day of event)
8 pm Exhibitions & Warm Up Sessions for Sat go on sale in show office (for Sat)
Saturday
8-9:30 AM WARM UP SESSIONS (30 minute riding sessions in arena with barrels) limit 10 horses per session $10 each
9:00 am show office open
9:00-10:15 am Exhibitions $5 each (limit 50 tickets sold is show office beginning 6 pm Fri)
11 AM Youth 3D $100 added $25 entry fee
12pm Open 4D $2000 added $55 entry fee (late fee $10 extra per rider day of event)
SAT DERBY SIDEPOT $100 ADDED (horses 7 & under) must also be entered in Sat Open $25 ef (straight open payback)
SAT FUTURITY SIDEPOT $100 ADDED (horses 5 & Under) must also enter in SAT Open $35 ef (2D full sec split) open to horses 5 & Under not competed before Dec 1 2011)
Sat Adult 3D sidepot $100 added $25 ef must be entered in Sat open
Sat Senior 3D sidepot $100 added $25 ef must be entered in Sat open
