No refunds after entry deadline. Horse and/or rider subs allowed through 7 pm Friday. No “selling spots” after 7 pm Fri. Late fees taken until first horse runs each race.

Stalls $50. Open 7am Fri. All horses on grounds OVERNIGHT must stall. Stalls limited and sold out in 2006 so please reserve early so we can assure you a stall.

Warm Up Sessions Fri 12-4 pm and Sat 8-9:30 am  $10/horse (limit 11 horses/session) barrels will be setup during these times (no ponying horses allowed)

Exhibitions Fri 4:30-6:15 pm and Sat 10 – 11:15 am $4 each or 3/$10 limited number of tickets will be sold (on site) for each session 60 sec limit or $20 fine

By signing, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and accept the above statement. All events 75% payback of entry fee 100% added money. Complete rules listed on website and program book day of event.

NEW LATE FEE RULE:: A $15 late fee per RUN with a maximum late fee of $45/ rider per weekend. Late entries are CASH ONLY no checks taken on site.

If entry not postmarked by closing date a late fee of $15 per run or $45 max per rider per weekend will be charged at the show.
