Stalls & Paddocks/Stalling Info– A stalling list is attached. If there is a number next to your name I have a stall reserved for you. Any mistakes in this list should be reported to BB Productions 641-743-8223 asap.
Stalls are sold out. We have brought in portables to accommodate those who pre-paid for stalls. I do have a few paddocks left to rent they are $20/horse for the weekend 2 horses max per paddock. Those of you who did NOT stalled will be required to have your horse in a paddock or remove your horse from the grounds overnight as Double G will not allow any tie-outs due to changes in their liability policy. NO TIE OUTS WILL BE ALLOWED. Stalls will also be available at the fairgrounds at Morrison IL (8 miles away). There are also electrical hook-ups at Morrison IL. Those wishing to stall at Morrison should pay for their stalls/electric at the Barrel Bash office at the event.
Sterling IL stalls will have 2 bags of shavings in each stall. (no outside shavings allowed) Morrison IL will NOT have shavings in their stall and there WILL NOT be anyone selling it at Morrison IL. You may bring your own to Morrison or buy at Double G and take there.
Late Entries – taken until draw 100 each day. CASH ONLY We will NOT be taking ANY CHECKS on site! Late entries run AT THE END of the pre-entry draw each day and will NOT be posted until AFTER draw 100. Late fees are $15/run extra with a maximum of $45/rider for the weekend.
HORSE & RIDER CHANGES – Horse & Rider changes must be made (in the office) by 7 pm Friday. No selling spots after 7 pm Friday. No refunds for ANY reason. Horse OR rider changes may be made AFTER this time for a fee of $5. NOTE HORSE MAY NOT CHANGE DRAW POSITIONS – HORSE MUST RUN IN POSITION DRAWN
Halloween Costume Contest – Will take place during the big drags. After draw 150 we will have the youth contest (must sign up before the start of the race Saturday) Adults will IMMEDIATELY follow the Open 4D on Saturday. Awards will be given for each class.
Electrical Hook-ups are VERY limited. Double G Farms will handle all electrical hook-ups. Contact the western store to pay for your space upon arrival. There will be VERY limited number of hook-ups available.

FRIDAY
7 am stalls open (not before) no early arrivals except Barrel Bash staff.
8 am shavings/electrical office open Double G Western Store
9:30 am show office open
12-4:30 pm 30 minute warm up sessions $10 each 11 horses max per session (barrels setup) sign up and pay in show office
5-6:15 pm exhibitions $4 each (60 sec limit one second over is $10 fine payable immediately to gate person – must be paid before you can compete or take another exhibition turn)
Limited number of tickets will be sold
7pm Open 4D $1000 added $35 entry fee
SATURDAY
8 am office open
8-9:30 am 30 minute warm up sessions $10 each 11 horses max per session (barrels setup) sign up and pay in show office
10-11:15 am exhibitions $4 each (60 sec limit one second over is $10 fine payable immediately to gate person – must be paid before you can compete or take another exhibition turn)
12 noon Open 4D $2000 added $55 entry fee
(after draw 150) youth Halloween costume class (15 minute break)
